Email mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com with the app version (Settings, About) and what you were doing. Please never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Connecting Google Drive

Click Continue with Google on the welcome screen, or Add Account in the sidebar. Sign in on Google's page and allow access. If Google shows a warning that the app is not yet verified, that is because Google's review of the app is still in progress.

A folder on my computer shows "Permission Required"

The app can only open folders you pick yourself. Click Grant Access, choose that same folder in the picker, and click Allow Access. You only need to do this once per folder.

Google Drive shows an error or nothing at all

• Check your internet connection and click Refresh (⌘R).
• If it says your session expired, sign out and sign in again.
• If you removed the app at myaccount.google.com/permissions, sign in again to restore access.

Downloading Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

These files have no single file of their own in Drive, so the app downloads them as Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) files. Drawings download as PNG images.

Signing out and removing data

Right-click the account in the sidebar and choose Sign Out, or open Settings, Accounts. This revokes the app's access at Google and deletes the stored sign-in from your Keychain. Your files are not changed.
